Ultrasonic Synthesis of Tris⁃(4⁃Acetamidphenyl) Methane

In order to reduce the synthesis time of tris⁃(4⁃acetamidphenyl) methane and increase its yield, the reaction environment was transferred to ultrasonic waves, and ultrasonic wave shaking was used instead of the water bath stirring heating method. The infrared micro⁃spectroscopy was used to analyze whether acetamide was formed in the product; the high⁃performance liquid chromatography⁃mass spectrometer was used to analyze the conversion of the reactants at different time, temperature and reactant ratios and the yield and composition of the reaction product tris⁃(4⁃acetamidophenyl) methane. Further, the purified tris⁃(4⁃acetamidophenyl) methane was detected and confirmed using a Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. The results show that the reaction environment can be set in the ultrasonic wave, which can not only greatly reduce the reaction time, but also reduce the formation of by⁃products; improve the product yield, reduce energy consumption and avoid environmental pollution.

Study on the Microstructure and Wear/Corrosion Resistance of  WC-10Co4Cr Coating Deposited by High Velocity Oxy-Fuel

       WC-10Co4Cr coatings were prepared by high velocity oxy-fuel with different spray distances. The internal structure and wear/corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. The internal structure and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by Metallographic microscope, SEM and XRD. The microscopic structure, microhardness, porosity, density, wear/ corrosion resistance properties were tested. The results showed that the particle stayed in the jet for longer time and in the process of spraying it enlarged the melting degree as the distance increased. As a result, complete flattening of particles was gained which increased the density of coating and the property of wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating showed the best property of wear resistance and corrosion resistance at the spray distance of 380 mm.

The Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis of Pipe Burst of Steam Injection Boiler

Based on the risk of steam injection boiler, and contingency and uncertainty of each basic events , the triangular fuzzy number was used to show the probability of events, then get the top event probability. Combined with the fault tree analysis and fuzzy mathematics, through the fuzzy operation, the interval value of failure probability of hazards of steam injection boiler was obtained, and the fuzzy importance degree, sequence and main factors were determined. Drawing a fault tree based on various risk factors, using the method of minimal cut sets and Boolean algebra method, the boiler burst pathway tubes were showed, and fuzzy probability causing the accident was arrived. The causes of the accidents were analyzed, and protective measures of the steam injection boiler were proposed.

valuation of Financial Performance Evaluation of Listed Corporations in Liaoning Province Based on Factor Analysis

A financial performance evaluation index system was constructed on listed companies in Liaoning Province by SPSS17.0 software and factor analysis method, and have a comprehensive evaluation and ranking for these listed companies. Understanding the financial performance of the listed companies in Liaoning province, and drawing the conclusion of each listed companies’ comprehensive rankings by analyzing the financial index can provide strong not only support for managers and investors to make decisions, but also improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the company. It fosters Liaoning Province’s economy sustained and healthy development, and play an important role in our country's economic development.

Digital PID Controller Based on FPGA

The conventional method of achieving PID by FPGA consumes a lot of multiplier, adder and memory. FPGA hardware resources can not be reasonably used, and system holds high energy consumption. Research on using direct DA ( DA-Ⅰ) and improved DA ( DA-Ⅱ) algorithm by FPGA to realize the digital PID controller. Compared with the conventional method, DA-Ⅰ algorithm saves many hardware resources;because of using adder, LUT unit and time delay module etc, DA-Ⅱ algorithm can reduce the unit modules further and reduce energy consumption by the application of two stage pipeline technology. Through the comparison of PID controller by the DA-Ⅰ and DA-Ⅱ algorithm, discussed the improved PID controller performance about the hardware resource, processing speed, complexity and energy consumption etc.

Pilot Plant Test of Drinking Water Depth Treatment by Nanofiltration Membrane Seperation Technology

Ozone-active carbon-nanofiltration technology was applied to the removal of the pollutant in drinking water. The result shows that nanofiltration can control the inorganic pollutant within certain regulated ranges while preventing some ions that benefit people from being completely blocked off. For the technology can effectively remove TOC, AOC, COD, chromaticity, turbidity and bacteria, the safety and biological stablization in drinking water is guaranteed.
